This game is not what it seems...

Baldi's Basics RBO Playtest is an active stealth roguelike game from the '2000s with new characters with different abilities. Your only goal is to steal all the notebooks and escape the school alone, and maybe try to understand what is happening in the school for your benefit. Baldi's Basics RBO Playtest is just a kind of prototype of a game that has not been released yet. But keep playing this RBO/Prototype and let us know how the development is going. When the game is released, it will be released first in (Pre-release), so keep playing.

This game is just a type of Prototype that we are developing. This game does not yet have a release date for the full game, but we will continue playing this prototype version. Until we are sure that we will release the full game.

Does this game contain early access?

Yes, this early access refers to pre-release versions. In this case, it is like an early release, the pre-release versions can only be downloaded from this website (itch.io). And on Game Jolt, there can only be Public Release versions for example (Version 0.1 Pre-release will be released on January 5th and the Public Release on January 15th). We always have to release the pre-release versions 10 days before releasing the public version.

Mouse - Turn and jump rope with Playtime (Left Click)

Shift - Run

Space - Look behind you

Left click - Interact

Right click - Use items

Scroll wheel - Change items

Use the control mapper to change these controls to your liking!

Settings

Hold SHIFT when launching the game (Options on Mac) to access the settings. Here you can switch between full-screen and windowed, and select the resolution. Do not change the input settings however! Changing any inputs within the settings window may break the in-game controls.

In the game you can find more settings by clicking on the options option. Here you can change mouse sensitivity and volume, and re-map the controls to your liking.
